SDF are excited to announce we will be working alongside Hutchinson Builders at 895 Ann St. This build comprises of 15 stories of office space. The building’s environmental credentials will target a 5 Star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS energy rating. Designed by John Wardle Architects, the development comprises of 22,219 sqm of gross floor area, three ground floor food and beverage outlets as well as end-of-trip bike facilities also on ground level.

Expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.
